Research on Application Technology of Cast-in-place Exterior Wall Integrating with Thermal Insulation


The built-in steel wire mesh composite insulation slab is used as the insulation layer, the metal limit connecting rod is the tie piece, and the inner and outer sides of the insulation slab are simultaneously cast into a wall formed by concrete.


Advantages:

Safe and durable, the structural layer and the structural layer of the composite wall are connected as a whole through the connecting piece, and the wall integrity is good and effectively reduces the risk of falling off. Compared with the traditional external thermal insulation system, the fire resistance limit is as high as 4 hours or more, as specified in the fire protection requirements.

The construction is simple, the molding quality is good, the thermal insulation is cast together with the main structure, the construction process is simple, the on-site procedures are few, the time and cost of leveling and plastering are saved, and the construction period is faster.

The project adopting the integrated construction of thermal insulation structure can achieve the purpose of not dismantling the building and not destroying the thermal insulation, which effectively reduce the construction waste caused by the renovation of thermal insulation materials, and save energy and reduce emissions.


disadvantages:

The wall material consumption and cost are slightly higher than the cost of traditional exterior wall methods by about 20%
