The goal of zero leakage is achieved through the design of node structure, raw material control, construction site control and other measures. The system solves the pain points of traditional building window holes, roofs, kitchens and bathrooms and other weak waterproof parts, and achieves structural self-waterproofing through rigid waterproofing and other measures. Waterproof and structure have the same life span,avoid frequent repairs brought about by traditional waterproofing practices so as to save resources, improve building quality and living experience.

Advantages: Compared with traditional waterproofing methods, considering the maintenance cost, the whole life cycle cost is lower and the quality is higher.

Disadvantages: increases costs and higher requirements for construction management and control.

Achievement: The "Zero Leakage Technical Guidelines" has been completed, and the current successful application project  of our company is:  Fuling Greenland Qiuyuetai Residential Project.
