The company has successfully developed a complete set of technical systems such as “combined frame- reinforced steel and concrete core tube system", "prefabricated concrete shear wall structure system", and "prefabricated concrete frame structure (partial shear wall) system" and can provide EPC service covering R&D, design, production, and construction of the entire industrial chain with an efficient and collaborative integrated EPC model.

The company has various of professional contracting qualifications such as Grade II of Construction Engineering EPC,  Grade III of  Mechanical and Electrical Engineering EPC, Grade III of Municipal Utility Engineering EPC, Grade II of Professional Contracting of Building Curtain Wall Engineering, Grade II of Professional Contracting of Building Decoration Engineering, Grade III of Professional of Electronic and Intelligent Engineering, Grade III of Professional Contracting of Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, and Grade III of Professional Contracting of Steel Structure Engineering. At present, there are more than 20 Class A and Class B constructors of various types. The company has successively won the first prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Award, the first prize of BIM Technology Application Achievement, and the High-quality Structure Project of Three Gorges Cup and so on and has been rated as "Top 10 Enterprises of Fuling District, Chongqing ".

The company has completed a total of more than 200,000 square meters of industrialized construction area. In September 2017, the construction of the first prefabricated building demonstration project, the Zhongke Building Project, was commenced, which was rated as the "Science and Technology Demonstration Project Rated by MOHURD in 2018". In October 2019, the construction of the first prefabricated residential project, the Greenland Qiuyuetai Residential Project, was started. The project was rated as the Intelligent Construction Projects" Recommended by MOHURD and “ The Key Special Demonstration Project for the Key R&D Program of Green Buildings and Building Industrialization of National 13th Five-Year Plan”.
