The company’s PC production base has 6 PC production lines (1 prestressed laminated slab, 1 prestressed hollow slab, 3 fixed table mold production lines, and 1 artistic concrete production line). The annual production capacity can meet 60,000 m³ , 1.2 million square meters of prefabricated building construction needs.

The company's upcoming Lingang Xinshi Construction Park will be constructed in accordance with industry 4.0 standards. The first phase of the park is planned to cover an area of about 450 acres with an investment of more than 800 million yuan. It will mainly build dry mortar, PC components, ALC slabs, artistic concrete and other production bases. After completion, it can achieve an annual production capacity of 300,000 m³ PC components and 600,000 m³ ALC components.
