The company has the qualification of Grade II for EPC and can undertake the construction of the following housing construction projects of which individual construction and installation contract amount does not exceed 5 times of the registered capital of the enterprise:

The construction engineering of buildings, which are 28-storey and below and has a single-span o f 36 meters and below;

Structures with a height of 120 meters and below;

Residential communities or building groups with a construction area of 120,000 square meters or less
