The company currently has six production bases including a high-performance concrete production base and a PC production base and can provide six complete sets of products series and more than 70 new green building materials products; The company mainly carries out core businesses such as "EPC Contracting", "New Green Building Materials Business", "Construction Industrialization Consultation Service" and "Intelligent Construction Solutions" to provide customers with "superior" (high quality, high efficiency, fine architectural appearance and cost-effective) construction products and services.

As a "technology + innovation" leading enterprise, the company has carried out strategic cooperation with top domestic and foreign research institutions and enterprises such as Chongqing University, China Building Materials Academy, Taiwan Ruentex, American SP , and established "Chongqing Greatech Intelligent Building Research Institute" and "Chongqing Greatech Intelligent Technology Research Institute". The two institutes have actively introduced academician expert teams, established academician workstations and postdoctoral research station, and carried out technological breakthroughs centering on standardized design methods and production processes of building parts and components. A new technology system suitable for local development has been established. Prefabricated Steel and Concrete Combination and  the Complete Set of information Technology developed by the company won "Chongqing Science and Technology Progress First Prize"; a total of 179 patents (including 34 invention patents) have been declared, 110 of which have been authorized by the state. There are 69 patents under review and 6 software copyright certificates have been obtained.

Among them, the Zhongke Building Project has won many national, provincial and municipal awards such as the "2020 National Prefabricated Construction Industry Base", "The Demonstration Project of Chongqing Prefabricated Building EPC Projects", and the "Quality Structural Engineering Award of Three Gorges Cup" ;  Greenland Qiuyuetai Residential Project was rated as one of the seven "National Intelligent Construction Projects" ，The Key Special Demonstration Project for the Key R&D Program of Green Buildings and Building Industrialization of National 13th Five-Year Plan, the Comprehensive Demonstration Project of Chongqing Prefabricated Buildings and etc.
