This project is the company’s first residential demonstration project, which implements the company’s basic concept of "future home", adopts "prefabricated concrete shear wall structure system", and innovatively applies new technologies such as cast-in-place thermal insulation integrated external walls and electromechanical pipelines separation. The project has achieved a qualitative leap in terms of structural durability, heat insulation, fire prevention, and moisture resistance. Through the application of technology such as light steel keel grouting partition wall and ALC inner partition wall, the effective indoor area has been increased by more than 2%. The first EPC project in the country that promises the owner that the waterproof insulation and structure will have the same life span.
