The project is 15 kilometers away from Fuling City, bordering the Yangtze River in the east, Jiangbei Office in the south, Conglin Township in the west, and Zhenxi Town in the north. It is composed of functional spaces such as the service hall, canteen, meeting room, and training room. This project was constructed by the company in the EPC mode, using the technical system of cast-in-place + ribbed composite slab (KT slab) + long-span prestressed hollow slab (SP slab)  as a demonstration project for the transformation of the latest scientific research results.
