The project is located on Taibai Road in New District of Fuling. It is the first major demonstration building project in China that adopts the "Steel Tube Confined Concrete Outer Frame-Core Tube Structure System and Externally Mounted Fair-faced Concrete PC Wall Panel Envelope". The building adopts ten new technologies. The two systems of BIM and 3D scanning and inspection are adopted to support the life cycle management of the project. The PC products include: prefabricated toilets, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated laminated panels, prefabricated exterior walls and so on. Safety and quality are ensured through the "BIM simulation construction + three-dimensional disclosure" method before on-site installation. The project saves 5% of cost and 1/3 of the construction period compared with traditional construction methods safety and quality are ensured.
