EPC+Project Management Subsystem

The EPC+ project management subsystem of Greatech takes the construction industrialization project and EPC management mode as the entry point, uses BIM, 3DGIS, cloud, big data and other new-generation information technologies to focus on the digitalization of project management and the digitalization of construction operations. Demonstration projects such as the Zhongke Building Project, Fuling Central Hospital, and Greenland Qiuyuetai Residential Project have deeply explored core pain points, and integrated management processes, experience and lessons, and knowledge accumulation with systems.

The main users are owner, contractor, subcontractor and supplier. The sub-module of construction management builds a communication platform for each participant, improves the work coordination of each participant, achieves resource sharing to a certain extent, centralized management and traceability of engineering data, and enables all parties to timely obtain all project information and review and confirmation.

The platform divides data and functional permissions according to different users, that is, only one party, but also through multiple parties, realizing the full range of data interconnection in a real sense.

The system has three application innovations:

Develop lightweight model technology to break down data barriers of different models

Based on the lightweight model, unique model function applications have been developed, including: model layered loading, online/offline loading, 2D and 3D linkage, custom attributes, sharing, collision reports, etc.

Research data integration technology to achieve efficient integration of different types of data

Explored and developed the underlying technologies of smart cities. The project BIM model, the surrounding oblique photographic model and the city 3D GIS can be superimposed to realize the integrated collaboration of project data.

The integration of industry and business helps the industrialization of new building to reduce cost and increase efficiency

Including integrated design management, EPC collaborative management, project progress associated with BIM model for whole-process progress tracking, BIM-based whole-process PC tracking.
