This project is located in the town of Yuncheng County, with characteristic of Venue of Water Bank Heroes’ Story, in  Shandong Province, and consists of a tourist distribution center and a tourist reception center. The total construction area of the project is 40858.85 square meters, of which above ground construction area is 23224.04 square meters and underground construction area is 17,634.81 square meters. The building of Tourist reception center is divided into three floors. The first, second and third floors are mainly guest rooms, and the first floor is also equipped with a kitchen, all-day dining restaurant, reception hall, and public toilets.

The building of tour distribution center is divided into three floors. The first floor is equipped with a tourist service hall, restaurant and sightseeing area, the second floor is equipped with private rooms, exhibition halls and offices, and the third floor is equipped with private rooms, office and lecture halls. There is a total of 1 underground floor of the basement with a total of 222 underground parking spaces, and 4 entrances and exits. In the basement, a fire-fighting pool, a fan room, a diesel generator room, a power distribution room, and other equipment rooms are set up in accordance with regulations.
