The Special Demonstration Project of Green Buildings and National Key R&D Program of the 13th Five-Year Plan Green Buildings and Key Special Demonstration Projects of Building Industrialization.

The external wall of the project adopts the integrated technology of cast-in-place thermal insulation, which can achieve "zero cracking" and "zero leakage", and the thermal insulation and waterproofing and structure have the same life span of 50 years. The project roof uses "steel fiber + self-waterproof concrete" and the bathroom uses self waterproof concrete so that the waterproof has the same service life as the structure, which can reach more than 50 years, which will greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the whole life cycle. Through modern tools and technical means such as PC intelligent production management system, building information technology application, intelligent construction site management system, EPC+ intelligent management information system and so on, the project has realized "intelligent construction" in the true sense.
